TONALITY strives to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We ship orders Monday through Friday, (excluding major holidays) and most orders will ship within one to two business days of being placed. See below for more information.
1. Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping services to all domestic customers. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.
2. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Tracking Information
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package within your confirmation email.
4. Shipping Address
Please make sure to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
5. How long is Delivery Time?
PRIORITY shipping typically delivers within 3 - 5 business days. We also offer EXPRESS shipping which typically delivers within 1-3 business days.
For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.
Please note our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Should expedited shipping be selected on Friday after 12pm, your order will ship on Monday.
6. Business Days and Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

- Martin Luther King Jr. Day

- Juneteenth
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day & the day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
